Josh Fuller uses his litigation background, along with his razor-sharp legal writing skills, to benefit Amy Stewart Law’s policyholder clients.

As a member of our e-discovery team, Josh plays a crucial role in the firm’s complex litigation practice. His experience in commercial and construction litigation provides him with an invaluable perspective in representing businesses in coverage disputes and other sophisticated insurance matters.

Josh honed his legal writing skills under the guidance of legal writing expert Bryan Garner, editor in chief of Black’s Law Dictionary and author of Garner’s Modern English Usage. Josh interned two summers with Garner and was acknowledged as a contributor to Garner’s Dictionary of Legal Usage (3d ed. 2011).
